By signing up for and using the web hosting services provided by Taproot Hosting (referred to by "we", "us", "our",) the user (referred to by "you", "your", "user") agrees to be bound by the following terms of service.
General Terms:
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
We reserve the right to cancel any account that hosts illegal material including: hacks, warez, and content considered illegal in the United States.
We reserve the right to disable any scripts or software that create a security risk or that affect normal server operation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cease service at any time, without notification.
Acceptable Use:
You must own the intellectual copyright and/or trademark for all content uploaded to our servers.
We do not host the following:
* Illegal Content
* Content that is violent or incites hatred.
You may not use our service to send unsolicited emails. We reserve the right to disable email service for your account and/or suspend all service if we receive valid SPAM reports.
Refunds and Cancellation:
You can cancel at anytime for any reason. If you have pre-paid a yearly fee, your refund will be pro-rated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion.
Warranties:
Your use of our service is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that our service will be secure, error free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data on our servers.
User agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Taproot Hosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, potential losses, claims, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees), asserted against Taproot Hosting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agents, customers, officers, contractors, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by user, it's agents, employees or assigns.
Privacy:
We will never sell your information to anyone.
